This Ministry was founded in 1999 by Pastor Stephen & Jesca Kibirango with the help of a team of God's faithful servants and other volunteers.
Pastor Stephen is married to Jesca Kibirango and they have been a blessing to so many. They have been serving the Lord with great enthusiasm, causing about the following ministry accomplishments;
